Mission: Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is an exciting and intense experience. We begin each class by chanting Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo. Ong Namo means reverent greetings and Guru Dev Namo is calling on the guiding wisdom the universal creative consciousness. Class follows the following format-warm up exercise, breathwork, a kriya (specific set of exercises), deep relaxation and a meditation. The experience of the yoga prepares the student for meditation. Brain scans before and after meditation show positive changes in brain chemistry.

Yoga House Calls

Bringing Kundalini Yoga to those who are schedule challenged.
I strongly believe in the healing aspects of Kundalini Yoga. Those of us with the myriad challenges of working, running a household and maintaining our health sometimes can't fit a yoga class into our specific schedule. I choose to fill that need by bringing yoga to you.

Bringing Kundalini Yoga to those who are housebound.
For those of us who cannot leave the house for physical reasons, yoga still may have a place in your lives. The Kryas (sets of yoga exercises) are specific to different aspects of our health. The mental, spiritual and emotional benefits of Kundalini  yoga can support your physical body and overall well being in stressful times. I can and will design our yoga sessions to best serve your particular situation.

Regular weekly appointments are encouraged.
